1. Contractual conditions / payment by installments

1. A contract only arises with a manual installment agreement.
2. You agree to pay the amount specified there at the specified time.
3. An installment payment is only valid if both parties have signed.

4. If the amount is not paid, SukitaHD has the right to send a reminder after a reasonable period of 2 weeks and to charge a reminder fee after 1 month.

5. If the amount is not paid despite a reminder and three reminders, SukitaHD is allowed to forward the data to a collection agency and to end the business relationship. 

6. Cancellation or exchange is not possible.

2. Prices and Shipping

1. According to §19 UStG, the prices are not subject to sales tax.
2. The shipping costs are included in the purchase price and are not added afterwards. The prices are based on third-party prices from Deutsche Post / DHL.
3. When purchasing, the buyer accepts the use of his address to send the goods
4. The packaging can be made of the following materials: paper and plastic.
5.  Upon purchase, the customer accepts the obligation to dispose of the goods and packaging properly.
6. SukitaHD packaging is Licensed and Properly Declared.
7. SukitaHD only accepts currencies recognized worldwide and/or the specially marked SukitaHD own currency ''asterisk''.
8. Payment increases are charged without notice and are not added to purchases that have already been made.

3. Payment Methods

​

1. The payment methods are made via SukitaHD, Klarna and Wix.com and the terms and conditions and data protection of the respective provider must be read and accepted.
2. Possible payment methods are: Credit and debit card payments with Wix, PayPal, Klarna instant transfer, manual installment payment.
3. SukitaHD assumes the costs of money transactions and will not be included in the calculation.

4. Cancellation policy

​

1. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. However, this does not apply to the products marked for this which have a special regulation. (see section 4.5) 
2. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.
3. Exceptions can only be made between the buyer and Selina Alsdorf and must be recorded. This is only valid if both parties have signed it.
4. If you revoke this contract, we have to repay all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

5. A right of revocation does not exist according to § 312g Abs. 2 BGB, among other things, for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer and it expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery.

5. Delivery

1. Deliveries are generally only possible within Germany and Austria. Items are only sold to end users. Excluded are the items specified in the "Merch License" booked.
2. Changing the digital documents that are bound to the "L Merch ICENSE" such as eg. the item name. is forbidden and ensures that the license is no longer valid.

6. Warranty

1. If the product is damaged upon delivery and arrives broken, a complaint must be made after presenting the correctness. The warranty period for new goods is two years, for items from our "individually manufactured" range fourteen days from receipt of goods.
